Can I have my current Web site the same as my e-mail domain?
Yes. If you have a personal Web site, we can point the domain at it.

How many e-mail addresses can I have?
You can have 25 e-mail addresses with the basic account. If you need more, you can purchase blocks of 10 e-mail addresses for an extra $5.00 per month.

Is the e-mail a standard SMTP/POP3 login?
Yes. You do not have to use the Web interface to access your e-mail. The e-mail account can be accessed with any POP3 e-mail application. However, if you do not use Amarillo Online as your Internet Service Provider, you will have to setup your SMTP to send mail through the ISP you currently use.

What do I do with my current e-mail address(es)?
We can forward your current e-mail address to your new address. You won't even lose a single piece of mail!

How long does this take to setup?
It currently takes between 24 and 48 hours to get the domain registered and setup on our servers. Depending on our work load, it shouldn't take more than 7 days to have your domain and e-mail accounts up and running.
